Markets on the Island
You will find listed below the latest list of markets across Mallorca. They are generally open in the mornings from 7:30 am through to around 1:30, but they can all vary slightly.
Whilst they are all good and you will generally find some things of interest the best we think are Santa Maria & Felanitx (Sunday) plus Santanyi (Saturday).
The best covered markets which are open mornings every day except Sunday are the Olivar and Santa Catalina markets in Palma. These have a good selection of fresh fish, meat and vegetables including some more unusual offerings plus they are great places to have a quick caña and watch the world fizz by.
