The owners Evelyn and John, a French/Irish couple have decided after travelling the World visiting many countries to settle down in Palma and offer from their kitchen flavours they have experienced on their travels.

At Las Olas Bistro you will find a combination of French and Asian cuisine blended with fresh products of the island, there's plenty of choice from the menu and the owners John and Evelyn are always there to assist you.
