A restaurant with two distinct dining concepts - an 'Arrocería' (serving rice dishes) at lunch times which then becomes a contemporary Bistro restaurant in the evenings. Great food and definitely worth a visit.

With family experience of over 20 years in creating both traditional and modern rice dishes the lunchtime service at Safra 21 is a study in the art of rice.

Using only the freshest produce and rice that has its quality certified this restaurant provides both traditional rice dishes such as Paella and also offers more contemporary rice dishes.

Safra 21 have also coined their own phrase of ""Bistronomic"" to describe their evening services - which is to blend haute cuisine and provide it to their customers at affordable prices, and with over 200 recipes created last year alone there is something for everyone here.
