Un by Wasabi

The most recent and modern addition to the Wasabi chain of Sushi restaurants in La Llonja in Palma. All the sushi you would expect plus some more modern interpretations of classic dishes.

Un by Wasabi is located in La Llonja close to the Palma Cathedral and is the most modern of the Wasabi restaurants. As with all of the Wasabi restaurants they offer traditional Japanese and Japanese fusion cuisine in the form of hot dishes and a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, niguri and maki

Un also caters to a more modern taste with many hot dishes including miso soup with tofu and chicken teriyaki.

Wasabi have teams of highly qualified Chefs who can recreate the best Japanese cuisine which are presented with perfection and the entire Wasabi philosophy is based on using the highest quality produce.

All of the restaurants offer a Take Away service, and for Home Delivery and Online Orders Wasabi Express offer this service.

All the dishes can be adapted to suit customers dietary requirements such as Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian.

Raúl Aránguiz originates from Santiago de Chile. For years, he trained extensively with Japanese chefs and learned all about the art of Japanese cuisine. As the executive chef at Wasabi, the popular sushi bar & restaurant in Palma, he applies his knowledge of the traditional art of Japanese sushi making but adds a modern and contemporary flair of fusion to everything he creates
