The Wasabi Express sushi takeaway service operates out of the Wasabi Sushi Bar & Restaurant in Santa Catalina and offers the same high quality sushi to takeaway. Dishes are both Japanese and Japanese fusion cuisine and cover an array of hot dishes and all their sushi, sashimi, niguri and maki.

Wasabi have teams of highly qualified Chefs who can recreate the best Japanese cuisine which are presented with perfection and the entire Wasabi philosophy is based on using the highest quality produce.

All the dishes can be adapted to suit customers dietary requirements such as Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian.

Raúl Aránguiz originates from Santiago de Chile. For years, he trained extensively with Japanese chefs and learned all about the art of Japanese cuisine. As the executive chef at Wasabi, the popular sushi bar & restaurant in Palma, he applies his knowledge of the traditional art of Japanese sushi making but adds a modern and contemporary flair of fusion to everything he creates.
